I just kind of laugh to myself each time I produce 8 hours of work within 1 hour and it's better quality than had I done it from scratch.
I'm beginning to really settle into a groove with AI and I'll give you an example of something I'm currently working on.
I use Claude as my daily driver and connected it to Notion, Google Drive, and Slack.
I'm working on ops documentation that requires a ton of writing and this is a super simple workflow I put together.
I prompt Claude with all the background and guidance it needs and give it access to Google Drive files to research our internal data to gain context.
For a team review process, I have it publish a page on a Notion database with the body of text I will ultimately save as a Word doc.
I ask it to tag any item as an RFI if it needs more information from me or my team and to highlight that text yellow.
My team provides comments in Notion and I ask Claude to revise the document per the comments and to highlight any revisions in green text.
I ask it to create a new sub-item page of the revision in Notion for version history, ultimately working towards a final draft without having to save a million Word docs.
It does all of this in Notion (you can watch it in real time) and none of the writing lands in the Claude chat. It just lets you know it's working and when it's done.
I know I'm just scratching the surface here but this genuinely saved me 90% of the heavy lifting of documenting processes, standards, etc.
It allows me to get a working draft within minutes and I can focus my energy on quality control and nuance.
Previously, I would have been burnt out from writing/documenting by the time I need to focus on quality and implementation.
This genuinely makes me excited to tackle those mundane tasks because they never stop piling up but now they can be completely at warp speed with the right setup.
I agree with the folks on here who say AI Integrators will add mega value to companies wanting to implement practical AI into their day to day workflow and cut through the noise of the hype.

@TylerPurcell24 I feel like real productivity like this was AI witchcraft not even 6 months ago.
Now you click a few buttons and Claude makes sense of the back end of anything you connect it to. It's wild.
@hey_mindi I would just ask Claude anything you need help with and it will help narrow it down and guide you. However, Claude natively has a bunch of connectors so all you have to do is activate them and sign into your respective accounts and it can access them and do things on your behalf.
@Depesh_Vyas I’ve maybe only had that happen once and just closed it and reopened and it was good.
